How can I track my order?

When placing your order, you can choose which delivery method you want your order to be delivered by, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that a specific carrier will be used when processing your order.

In some cases we may use carriers that offer a comparable delivery service to the one you select. Your order despatch email will state the carrier used. If you choose our Tracked Delivery or Special Delivery, you will be able to track your order.

You can track your order directly from the dispatch confirmation email we sent you. You will only need to enter the billing address postcode. Alternatively, you can find the tracking number in "My order history" under "Tracking". You can then use this number to track your parcel on our delivery partner's website.
