When you're redeeming a credit for a photo book, you'll notice that the page number doesn't automatically match the credit that you've purchased. You don't have to worry about this, as you can easily add the extra pages in your book by clicking on the icon "Add pages" from the menu in the top left corner of the page.

You will also see that there is a price visible in the top right corner of the page which will increase after adding more pages. This is the usual cost for this book, and it will be deducted when you place the book in the basket as your credit will then be activated.

Please note that the credit is usually only valid for a specific photobook, so please make sure that you are creating the correct book. You can see which book is included in your credit in "My credits".

When you have finished creating your book and clicked "Order", you will be asked if you'd like to upgrade your photo book choosing a different paper quality. However, this will be added into your basket as an "extra option" which is usually not covered by your credit.

​​​Can I order a book with a different amount of pages than included in the credit?
You do not have to order a photo book with the exact number of pages that the credit states: the credit covers a book with up to that amount of pages, so even if the finished book has fewer pages the credit will still be used.
You can also choose to add extra pages to your book if you want to, and just pay a small additional fee per page.
