If you have an order with different personalised products, they will be sent in separate parcels. This is to be able to offer you a quicker turnaround time of your items, as they may have different production times. Your products will also be better protected during transport, since they are dispatched in packaging adapted to their size and weight.

This means that there might be an increase in your basket's total delivery charge when ordering multiple products. When you add your products to your basket, the delivery charge for your entire basket will change accordingly.
