How can I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order in "My recent orders". Here you can follow the order process, and the status will say "Printing" while we are preparing your personalised product for you.

Once your order has left our factory, your order status will change to ''Dispatched'', and you will see the date the order was sent out from our production site. We'll also send you an email informing you of this as soon as the order is sent out.

If you have chosen one of the traceable delivery methods, you will now be able to view your tracking number on this page, as well as in the dispatch confirmation email that was sent to you.
