I ordered a number of prints but my order confirmation email only shows one. Why is that?

Please do not be alarmed if you see in your order confirmation email or in "My orders" section, the total quantity of prints as “1”. 

Unfortunately, at the moment, the confirmation email or "My orders" section do not reflect the correct number of ordered prints and we apologise for that. Rest assured that all your prints will be processed and sent to you as you ordered them. Our team is working on fixing this issue, so in the future they’ll show the correct number of ordered prints. 

In case that you haven’t received all ordered prints, please contact the Customer care team who will have a pleasure in assisting you.
