I ordered a number of prints but my order confirmation email only shows one. Why is that?

Please do not be alarmed if you see in your order confirmation email the total quantity of prints as “1”. 

Unfortunately, at the moment, the confirmation email does not reflect the correct number of ordered prints and we apologise for that. Rest assured that all your prints will be processed and sent to you as you ordered them. Our team is working on fixing this issue, so in the future it’ll show the correct number of ordered prints. 

In case that you haven’t received all ordered prints, please contact the Customer Service team who will have a pleasure in assisting you.
