Information about Photobox Gift Cards

Where can I buy a Photobox Gift Card?
Photobox sells physical and eGift Cards via a third party which has a separate checkout from the main Photobox website. This means you cannot buy other Photobox items at the same time as purchasing Gift Cards.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?
- Log in to your Photobox account or register on Photobox.co.uk
- Create your products and add them to your basket
- When you're ready to check out, add the card code into the "offer code box" in the basket and the price will be deducted automatically

Can I use more than one Gift Card on a purchase?
Yes. If you have multiple Gift Card codes, you can enter them consecutively in your basket (please reload the page after a code is entered and activated). Any remaining value that isn’t used on your order will be saved in your account under “My Credits”. You must use the entire value of the card by the expiration date.

Where do I find the expiration date of my Gift Card?
The expiration date is printed on the physical Gift Card and provided in the email for the eGift Card. You can also check your expiration date in the “My Credits” section after a Gift Card has been activated in your account.

How do I know how much Gift Card value is left on my card?
You can find the remaining balance of your card on your Photobox account, in “My Credits” section after you have activated the code in your basket.

What delivery options are available / can I send a physical card abroad?
Gift cards shipping rates will apply when you checkout. There are international options available. However please note that the Gift Card will only work in the country of origin from which it was purchased (i.e. on the Photobox UK website).

What are the minimum / maximum values of Gift Cards?
We currently offer Gift Cards ranging from £15 to £75, however you can buy multiple quantities.

Can I add a personal message on physical and eGift Cards?
Yes. The physical cards will include a note slip with a personal message on it, and the eGift Cards can be personalised with imagery, videos, and text.

Can I send multiple Gift Cards?
Yes - you can send multiple cards to one address.

What personal data is collected as part of my order?
To place a Gift Card order, you will need to provide some compulsory personal information to Photobox’s Gift Card Partner, WeGift. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how your personal information will be used.

Can I cancel my orders?
Please note the Terms and Conditions that govern any purchases that you may make on the Photobox website.

Who do I contact for further queries?
The Photobox Customer Service team will be happy to help you with queries about your Gift Card order (delivery status, how to redeem, problems with code functionality).
