The preview you can see when placing your product in the basket does not show exactly how your product will be printed, but will usually only show one of the photos you used on your creation. This means that you don't have to worry if the preview doesn't look like how you created it.
If you want to check that you're happy with your product before ordering it, you can click "Edit" beside it to see it in the creation studio again.
