Where is my order?

To see when your order should arrive, please check your estimated dispatch date and order status in "My Order History" or in your order confirmation email. If your order has already been dispatched, you can check which delivery method it was sent with. 

Untracked (Standard Delivery) :
Orders shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery take approximately 3 to 5 days to be delivered. However those shipments are sent without tracking number. As such, your order can take up to 14 working days after the date of dispatch to be delivered. .

Tracked Delivery :
Delivered by EVRI*, Amazon Shipping or DHL, includes parcel tracking and normally delivered within 2 working days after the dispatch date, however the shippments from our European production sites can take up to 5 working days.

* Since the 14th of March 2022, Hermes has been rebranded to EVRI. 

Express Tracked
By Royal Mail Special Delivery, includes parcel tracking and normally delivered within 2 working days, depending on the day the order was placed.

You will also find your tracking number in "My order history" and in your dispatch confirmation email if you have chosen one of the traceable delivery methods. You can then track your order on the couriers website to find the latest delivery updates.
