Where is my order?

Please check the estimated dispatch date and order status in "My Order History" or your order confirmation email to see when your order should arrive. If your order has already been dispatched, you can check the delivery method with the corresponding times below.

Due to technical issues, Royal Mail International is experiencing some delays. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive. 

Economy Tracked :
Orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 take approximately 4 to 6 days to be delivered, however some orders (coming from our European factories) can take up to 7 working days. 

Fast Tracked:
Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48, EVRI, Amazon Shipping or DHL, includes parcel tracking and normally delivered within 3-5 working days after the dispatch date.

Express Tracked
By Royal Mail Special Delivery, includes parcel tracking and normally delivered within 2-4 working days, depending on the day the order was placed. 

You will also find your tracking number in "My order history" and in your dispatch confirmation email if you have chosen one of the traceable delivery methods. You can then track your order on the couriers website to find the latest delivery updates. You can read more about tracking your order here.
