Information about Complete Savings

What is Complete Savings?

Complete Savings is one of our partners and is not run by Photobox. It is an online savings and discount programme where members pay a monthly fee to access premium cashback benefits, including a minimum of 10% cashback when they shop online at many of the UKs most popular online retailers. You can also claim a welcome reward and monthly cashback rewards if you sign up and shop with Photobox each month – please refer to your account on Complete Savings for further details.

How do/did I join Complete Savings?

After you’ve purchased with us, you might be offered the opportunity to join the Complete Savings programme. For example, you might see a banner offering you the chance to claim cashback on your next purchase if you sign up to Complete Savings. If you choose to sign up, you’ll start with a free 30-day trial and if you do not cancel you’ll be charged £15.00 a month. This information is provided during the sign-up process.

What are the benefits of Complete Savings?

If you shop with Photobox and other online retailers frequently, Complete Savings might be a great option for you. Benefits include:

• Free 30-day trial
• Year-round discounts of up to 10% at over 750 online retailers. These discounts can be used on top of other promotions and discounts the retailer is offering
• Seasonal promotional discounts and free postage offers
• Initial cash back towards your next Photobox purchase, provided you purchase within three months
• Each month you make a Photobox purchase, you’ll get cashback

How do I get the Cashback reward?

Photobox does not administer the Complete Savings Cashback reward. You must follow the guidelines provided by Complete Savings in order to claim your reward within their platform. They manage your membership, and administer any rewards they communicate. Please read the FAQs on their website for more information.

I wasn’t aware I signed up to Complete Savings, what should I do?

You can cancel your membership any time by phone or email with the Complete Savings customer service. If you were not aware that you were signing up for a subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact Complete Savings - whose contact details are below.

What is WLY*Completesave.co.uk?

When a reservation or purchase is made with a credit or debit card, the name of the company that the booking or purchase is made with appears on a statement. WLY*completesave.co.uk on a statement refers to the Complete Savings membership fee.
